How to Request Deletion

You can request account deletion directly from the DigiWarranty mobile app:

  • Open Profile or Settings.
  • Tap Account Deletion Request.
  • Confirm your request and, where required, provide your password.

You can also contact us at support@gsoft.hr from the email tied to your account.

What Happens After Request

  • Your account is marked as pending termination and can no longer be used as an active account.
  • Our team processes the request and completes account termination.
  • Before final deletion, copies of your scanned bills/receipts can be sent to your registered email address so you do not lose them.

Data Retention After Deletion

  • Scanned bills/receipts are deleted within 30 days after confirmed account deletion.
  • Security and technical logs may be retained for up to 12 months for legal, fraud-prevention, and audit purposes.
  • Certain transaction records may be retained in pseudonymized or anonymized form where required by law or legitimate business obligations.
