These Terms of Service govern your use of DigiWarranty, a digital warranty and receipt platform operated by G SOFT, obrt za usluge, vl. Elid Garazlic, Podluka 5, 21320 Baska Voda, Croatia (OIB: 62969761760), available at gsoft.hr. By creating an account or using DigiWarranty, you accept these Terms.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete account information.
• You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and account access.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Service Scope

DigiWarranty allows users and organizations to manage product ownership, warranties, digital receipts, scanned bills, loyalty points, and promotional offers. Features may vary by country, organization, or app version.

Beta Service Notice

DigiWarranty is currently provided in beta mode. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed without prior notice. The service is provided on an "as available" basis during beta testing.

User Obligations

• Do not upload fraudulent or misleading receipts, invoices, or product data.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or abuse of the platform.
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Points, Rewards and Promotions

Loyalty points, rewards, and campaign benefits are governed by platform rules and participating organizations. Rules can change, and points may be adjusted in case of errors, fraud, refunds, or canceled transactions.

Data Retention and Transaction Records

When an account is deleted, DigiWarranty may retain limited transaction records in pseudonymized form for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and audit purposes. In such cases, user-identifying details may be removed or replaced with a dummy/anonymized reference.

Privacy

Your use of the platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is collected and processed.

Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or modify platform features at any time to improve performance, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations. We may update these Terms and publish the latest version on this page.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiWarranty and G Soft are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss caused by third-party systems, outages, or force majeure events.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if misuse is detected, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your jurisdiction require otherwise.
